Is Sitebear Portal the same as Sitebear Platform?

No. Sitebear Portal is the private app your business uses. Sitebear Platform is the wider product that also includes the website, Customer Hub and Managed by Sitebear.

Is the website included with Sitebear?

Yes. Every Sitebear package includes a professionally planned, written, built and managed website.

What can I do from my phone?

Sitebear Portal installs and opens like an app. You can keep up with enquiries, bookings, quote decisions, payments, messages and support replies, with phone notifications when important activity or a new Business Briefing needs your attention.

Can Sitebear handle different ways of selling services?

Yes. Sitebear can handle enquiries, Booking Requests, paid bookings and the specialist Quote & Book journey, while you remain in control of your services, prices, availability and approvals.

Can customers pay through Sitebear?

Yes. Customers can pay quote deposits and invoices through Stripe, while paid bookings can collect a deposit or the full amount. Sitebear adds no payment markup; Stripe fees apply.

Does every Sitebear package include every Platform feature?

No. Sitebear is one connected Platform, but the exact tools included follow the package and specialist tools you choose. Pricing gives the full comparison.
