Do I need to write the website copy?

No. Tell us about your business, services and customers and Sitebear writes the core website copy. You review it and check the details before launch.

Is hosting included?

Yes. Sitebear hosts the website and takes care of routine technical maintenance, security and deployment work.

When does Sitebear start working on my website?

Work begins once your Sitebear setup is confirmed, the service agreement is accepted and the initial payment is made. Your website direction is developed during onboarding.

Is there a setup fee?

No. Standard Sitebear packages have no separate setup fee. Your initial payment covers the Sitebear service itself rather than an additional website-build charge.

What if I need a complete redesign or something custom later?

Large redesigns, substantial rebuilds, major migrations, custom applications and complex new integrations are scoped separately before that work starts.
