Do I need every integration?

No. Sitebear connects the services that support the way your business takes payments, manages bookings, handles messages and gets found online.

Will Sitebear connect the accounts for me?

Yes. Connecting and configuring the services you need is part of the managed Sitebear setup, so you are not left to wire everything together yourself.

Do I keep using my existing accounts?

Yes. You connect your business accounts to Sitebear. Payments go to your own Stripe account, and you can continue using services such as Google Calendar and WhatsApp Business normally.

Does Sitebear charge commission on Stripe payments?

No. Sitebear does not add booking commission or payment markup. Stripe's normal processing fees still apply.

Can I reply to WhatsApp messages from Sitebear?

Yes. WhatsApp Business conversations appear in the Sitebear unified inbox, and you can read and reply from Sitebear Portal or continue using WhatsApp Business.

Does Instagram update the website automatically?

Yes. Connect your Instagram professional account and new posts update the website feed automatically.

What does Sitebear do with my Google Business Profile?

Sitebear helps improve and maintain your profile, brings Google reviews into Sitebear Portal and lets you reply to those reviews from Portal.
